Kris Bell is a seasoned finance professional with experience in investment banking, and capital markets. Originally from Memphis, TN, he earned a Finance degree from Fisk University in 2008 before obtaining an MBA in International Business, studying in both London and Bangkok.
Kris began his career at UBS Investment Bank in London and later held key roles at AIG and EY in New York. Currently, he is focused on raising capital for Dream Exchange, a groundbreaking startup poised to become the first minority-controlled stock exchange in U.S. history. Through his work, Kris is committed to democratizing access to public capital markets, particularly for minority-owned businesses and emerging growth companies.
Beyond finance, Kris is deeply involved in his community. He volunteers through Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity and is an active member of Progressive Baptist Church. With a strong global perspective, a deep network in the investment world, and a passion for economic empowerment, Kris is dedicated to shaping a more inclusive financial future.
