On-site Gardens at Our Residences
Our affordable housing for older adults will feature vibrant gardens, where residents can harvest their own fruits, vegetables, and herbs to prepare healthy meals.

Tablets for Older Adults
These devices offer opportunities for experiential learning and allow residents to stay connected with friends and family members who they don’t see every day, fostering social connections and reducing isolation.

Technology-Based Learning & Enrichment
Virtual reality headsets are used to help with memory recall, boost mood, and provide entertainment such as armchair travel experiences to destinations like Hawaii or Italy—fulfilling lifelong dreams from the comfort of home.

Caregiver Support Program
Our program includes support groups, workshops and training, and regular social events such as theater outings and walking groups, giving caregivers the emotional and social support they need to care for their own well-being.
